Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

At our clinic, MRI examinations are performed using the latest-generation 3 Tesla system — the GE Signa Hero 3T, which represents one of the highest classes of modern diagnostic technologies.

The GE Signa Hero 3T combines exceptional precision, artificial intelligence-based technologies, fast scanning, and maximum patient-centered comfort. The power of its 3 Tesla magnetic field ensures exceptionally high-quality and highly detailed imaging, enabling physicians to detect pathological changes at an early stage and accurately evaluate even complex clinical cases.

MRI is a modern, safe, and non-invasive diagnostic method that creates detailed images of organs and tissues using a magnetic field and radio waves — without X-ray radiation.

Why GE Signa Hero 3T?

High Precision and Superior Imaging

The 3 Tesla magnetic field produces high-resolution images, which is especially important for:

  • Diagnosing neurological diseases
  • Detecting small lesions
  • Assessing vascular changes
  • Detailed visualization of joints, tendons, and cartilage
  • Early detection of oncological and inflammatory processes

Fast and Advanced Examination

The GE Signa Hero 3T is equipped with innovative software packages and intelligent technologies that:

  • Reduce examination time
  • Improve image quality
  • Minimize motion-related artifacts
  • Provide more stable and accurate results

Fast examinations are especially important for children, elderly patients, and individuals who have difficulty remaining in one position for a long time.

Patient-Oriented Comfort

The GE Signa Hero 3T is designed not only for highly accurate diagnostics but also for maximum patient comfort.

Our MRI system integrates a modern Ambience system that makes the examination environment calmer and more pleasant. Special lighting, visual effects, and individualized environmental settings help reduce stress and anxiety, especially for patients prone to claustrophobia.

The system is also equipped with:

  • 🎵 An audio system — patients can listen to music during the examination, reducing noise perception and making the procedure more comfortable
  • 📺 A monitor system — patients can watch visual content, which is especially helpful for children and teenagers during lengthy examinations
  • 🔇 Low-noise technology
  • 🛏️ A comfortable, modern-designed patient table
  • 🌿 A calm, patient-tailored environment

Our goal is to make MRI examinations not only accurate and safe but also as comfortable as possible for every patient.

What is MRI?

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is one of the most accurate and advanced diagnostic methods used for evaluating:

  • The brain and nervous system
  • The spine and spinal cord
  • Joints and soft tissues
  • Internal organs
  • Blood vessels
  • Gynecological and urological pathologies

MRI is especially important when detailed soft tissue evaluation and maximum diagnostic precision are required.

Advantages of MRI

✅ High precision and detailed imaging
✅ No X-ray radiation
✅ Safe and non-invasive method
✅ Painless procedure
✅ Possibility of early diagnosis
✅ Effective for both diagnosis and treatment monitoring

How is an MRI Examination Performed?

During the examination, the patient lies on a special movable table that slides into the MRI machine. The procedure is completely painless. It is important for the patient to remain still in order to obtain максимально accurate images.

In some cases, the examination is performed using a contrast agent, which further increases diagnostic accuracy.

The duration of the examination depends on the area being studied and usually lasts between 15 and 45 minutes.

Safety and Quality

MRI examinations do not use ionizing (X-ray) radiation, which is why MRI is considered one of the safest diagnostic methods in modern medicine.

Our clinic uses protocols that comply with modern international standards, and examinations are evaluated by experienced radiologists, ensuring:

  • Highly accurate diagnostics
  • Reliable results
  • An individualized approach to each patient
