According to the World Health Organization, human’s health is determined by medical service at 15%, genetics - at 15% - and by lifestyle and diet  - at 70% .

Spring and summer include the period when we should start preparing of our and our children’s organisms for winter. 

Just season fruits help us with that, as they are rich in vitamins, microelements, antioxidants, contain most beneficial elements. Fresh fruits – are the source of dietary fiber, pectin, organic acids, mineral salts (potassium), iron. They clean the organism from cholesterol, high level of which in the blood contribute to atherosclerosis.  Moreover, they improve metabolism and make a beneficial effect on digestive system.

For example, 300 g of strawberry provides daily requirement for vitamins C and D.

The more time goes after the fruits are picked, the less useful substances remain in them. Therefore it is important to eat fresh seasonal fruits.

Off-season fruits contain a lot of preservatives and additives harmful for a human organism.

According to the recommendations of the World Health Organization, we should eat at least 400 g of 5 different kinds of fruits daily.  

According to the research of the American biologists,  we should eat fruits as a separate meal – on an empty stomach, because fruits stay in the stomach for only 15-20 minutes and vitamins and antioxidants absorb just in the intestines.

Seasonal fruits have an important place in the formation of a human’s strong immunity. Vitamins and other substances containing in fruits cannot be fully replaced by the other groups food .
